What’s your item pricing?
We base our prices on the specific goods listed. We have an extensive inventory with no hidden charges and have a net $18 delivery price for Singapore deliveries (regardless of order size).
What is your payment process?
When you purchase an item online, you will be required to pay 100% of the order price immediately.
How are sales processed?
All sales go through MulaMu Furnishings Pte Ltd. All sales are final and you will receive an email confirmation. Should there be any changes in stock or product availability, you will be informed within five business days, allowing you to cancel or refund your order if desired.
Can I cancel an order?
After an order is submitted, you must receive written consent from Mula Mu in order to cancel the delivery. A cancellation and/or restocking charge of up to the total amount of order may be applicable in this circumstance.
Is there a delivery fee?
Mula Mu charges a mere $18 for all purchase delivers (in a single order). Note: We do not do provide electrical installation services for lighting.
What if the item can’t be delivered?
If your good(s) cannot be delivered via the elevator or we deem it hazardous to deliver your purchase by the stairs, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. At that time, you must make your own delivery arrangements.
How soon are items delivered?
Small items arrive within 1-3 weeks. Larger items and other products arrive within 6-9 weeks. A Mula Mu representative will contact you if any delays beyond this are necessary. If a purchase is canceled before delivery, you will be 100% refunded along with your $18 delivery fee.
What happens if items are returned?
If good(s) are taken back to the warehouse (either due to an outstanding balance or failed delivery), they will be made available for self-collection from the warehouse within 7 working days. If goods are not collected within that time, 50% of the order cost will be refunded. The order will then be considered cancelled. If there’s any need to arrange storage for your items, make the request through Mulamu Furnishings Pte Ltd. Unable to self-collect? Delivery can be scheduled with an $88 charge.
What if there are defects?
Differences in color tone, grain, and texture are not acceptable reasons for replacement or refund. Our natural and handmade products will inevitably have varied finishes and properties. By purchasing them, you acknowledge full awareness of inherent variations and imperfections
What about the items displayed on your website?
Mula Mu displays all images on our website as accurately as possible. However, different monitor can display colors differently. The accessories or furnishings on display are purely for illustration purposes. They are not included in final sales.
What is your refund & exchange policy?
In the event that your purchased item does not fit in with your home interior or if you are unsatisfied with our product, return it unassembled with the original packaging and your proof of purchase within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Any returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with original packaging. MulaMu reserves the rights to reject any item return based on stated criteria. If an item is accepted for refund, we will refund 100% of the amounts paid. (The SGD $18 delivery charge will not be refunded)
To exchange your purchased item for another product, please inform us. We believe it’s the customer’s right to get what they pay for. If you exchange for a higher priced item, you will have to pay for the difference.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Our delivery staff provides an unparalleled level of surface, but accidents are sometimes unavoidable. On delivery, you may choose to refuse any damaged items and indicate such on the delivery note. A representative will be in touch within 24 business hours.
Do you provide any guarantees?
We’re entirely confident in our product quality, but understand that minor defects may result due to unforeseen circumstances. As such, we provide a 1-year Limited Warranty for structures/frames used in upholstered and leather products, cushioning, and leather. Our Limited Warranty doesn’t apply to products altered by any person, dealer, or company without written consent from Mula Mu.
Do you deliver overseas and how much does it cost?
Before ordering online, it is advised to contact a MulaMu representative to enquire about delivery charges. We are dedicated to allowing our customers to receive their purchase in the shortest time possible. However, delivery time is dependent on size (and type) of product and also on its availability. Please note that we only delivery to the door, without installation.
We assure you that your item will be delivered in 4-10 weeks time and we will arrange a delivery time and date with you as soon as your purchase arrives at your nearest port
